Josephine Reed is known to listeners of WPFW (89.3 fm) where she has been host and producer for Washington D.C.’s book show, On the Margin, which has been heard every Thursday morning at 10:00 am for the past seven years.

She also hosts the WPFW Book Club, a city-wide reading group that meets bi-monthly at the Provisions Library: A Resource Center for Activism and Arts.

Ms. Reed is also the news director for Interfaith Voices, a progressive radio show that takes a secular look at religious issues which can be heard on NPR stations throughout the country.
